The adventure began with the Holi vase, which is declined in two versions. The idea here is to explore the characteristics of tinted blown glass and offer a contemporary interpretation. The technique, simultaneously controlled and random, requires research and experimentation: combining the different tones, letting ourselves be surprised by the effects and happenstance of the alchemy, harnessing the light.
Made one by one by expert glassblowers, the Holi vases are the fruit of a creative and technical challenge. The glass globe made out of tinted glass is delicately placed on a rough stone which is to be its stand, creating a desired contrast between force and lightness.
